Returns Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of your delivery date.
Hair extensions:
We accept returns if the hair extensions have not been removed from their original packaging. You can see the color of the extensions without undoing the packaging.
Wigs and hair care products:
We do not accept returns for wigs and hair care products.
Refund/Exchange Process:

• You are responsible for paying your shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive the item and have passed inspection, we will issue you with a full refund less shipping cost. You will be notified via email once your refund is issued and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to reflect.
Will I have to pay shipping fees to return my order?
Yes. You are responsible for your own shipping cost!

All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund. Unwrapped merchandise will not be refunded.
All refunds would be processed using the original method of payment; otherwise, a store credit would be issued.
